How the transition process works…
Working with us couldn’t be easier and we make switching simple…
Step 1 – Welcome Pack
After the initial consultation, we’ll send you your welcome pack. This is an electronic document containing details of the service we will provide for you, our terms and your fixed monthly fee. Once you are happy to proceed, simply respond accordingly.
Step 2 – Contacting Your Previous Accountant
We then contact your previous accountant in writing to confirm our engagement, known in the industry as a Professional Letter.

Step 3 – Contacting HMRC
We contact HMRC to let them know we will be acting on your behalf. HMRC will write to you to confirm our request, providing you with some authorisation codes. Simply pass the codes to us and then we are on to the next step.
Step 4 – Software & Training
If you have decided to take advantage of our software and training. We’ll help you get your systems updated and your staff trained. If you would rather continue using what you have, we simply skip this step.
